Visit shipmates.app to create an account. Once registered, you’ll have access to Shipmates’ tools to manage and book your shipments.

Step 2: Complete Your Account Settings

Before booking a delivery, navigate to the settings tab and:

Verify if your company name and category is correctly added into your account.
Enter your bank information for seamless payment processing for shippers who use cash on delivery services.
Set your default pickup address for easy coordination.
Optionally, install the Shopify app to sync orders directly into Shipmates, then we can add a link to the Shopify App Listing.

Step 3: Book a Shipment with Standard Couriers

Booking for Single Orders

Click on the "Book" option in the Shipmates dashboard and select "Ship with Standard Couriers."

Booking for Multiple Orders

Click on the "Book" option and select the "Multiple Orders" tab in the Shipmates dashboard. Download our ordering template online as a spreadsheet or .excel file, fill it in with your order details, and upload the completed .excel file. Alternatively, connect your Shopify store during setup to automatically sync your existing orders.

Step 3: Enter Delivery Details

Add the recipient’s address, contact information, and choose cash on delivery if needed. Please note that if you want your customer to carry the shipping cost, you’ll need to add fee to the total order value of your customer.

*If you’ve completed Step 2, your default pickup point will already be pre-filled.

Step 4: Choose a Courier

Select a preferred standard courier partner and find the right package size and weight. From here, you’ll be able to also compare courier rates so you can make an informed choice.

Step 5: Proceed to Payment

Confirm your shipment details to finalize your booking. The shipping fee will be billed to your account later.

Step 6: Track Your Delivery

Once booked, monitor the status of your shipments through Shipmates’ all-in-one tracking page: shipmates.app/track. Get real-time updates and “Package has been delivered” email notifications for all deliveries.
